The 2004 National Championship is a 72-hole, stroke play event with a cut taking place after the 54th hole. Top winners in 12 flights (standard 6 plus 6 seniors) will receive prizes.
After 54 holes the field will be cut down to 25% plus ties per flight, unless the overall field exceeds 400 participants. Then it will be 20% plus ties.
Players may check in, check pairings, course assignments and enter the skins game(s) at the Pairings Party on Wednesday night or at their starting course on Thursday. Pairings will be created randomly within flight and play will be split between Westin Mission Hills GC and Landmark GC.
